Take bus number 5. It leaves in front of the train station.
You can buy tickets at a booth inside the train station
or at newspaper stands.
Pls note that there are two university-related stops when the bus
goes up the hill, the first is at the main Engineering building.
Resist the temptation to exit there (you will have a ten minute uphill
walk) and exit at the later stop just before the village of Povo
(Faculty of Science - Facolta' di Scienze).

Trento can easily be reached from south and north by the freeway number A22 - Autobrennero (exit "Trento centro") . Try to avoid passing through the historic center, it is complicated because of one-way roads. Much better to take the ring road, in direction first North, then East. In detail, click here for details on how to reach us by car from the freeway exit "Trento Centro".
